The LSM-25 hose pump is the smallest variant in the stainless steel pump series, since LSM-10 and LSM-15 are always supplied with polyurethane pump housing. LSM-25 is a popular pump and has many benefits. It has a light design, with a dimension of approximately 0.15 m³, which means it is easy to transport, position and install. LSM-25 can be supplied with flow up to 1 m³/hour and is ideal as a dosing pump or as a flow pump.

The stainless steel pumps have been designed for food producers and suppliers operating in the food industry where stringent hygiene and cleaning requirements apply. LSM-25’s dosing characteristics and stainless-steel design make it the ideal pump for dosing/handling chemicals. The stainless-steel surface is more resistant to aggressive environments compared to other kinds of surfaces.

LSM-32-SS

The LSM-32 pump is larger and can be used for its dosing characteristics or to pump thicker fluids.

Depending on the composition of the fluid, the LSM-32 can deal with flows of up to 2.5 m³/hour. However, we recommend the pump flow is configured to approximately 2 m³/hour, as this results in less wear on pump parts. In an LSM hose pump, the only contact surface with the actual fluid is in the rubber hose, and this can also be supplied approved for use with foodstuffs.

LSM-40-SS

Smaller LSM pumps are most often chosen because of their dosing characteristics. The LSM-40 is most often chosen not because of its dosing characteristics but because of its ability to pump thicker fluids. Depending on the composition of the fluid, the LSM-40 can deal with flows of up to 4 m³/hour. However, we recommend the pump flow for LSM-40 is configured to approximately 3.3 m³/hour, as this results in less wear on pump parts.

In an LSM hose pump, the only contact surface with the actual fluid is in the rubber hose, and this can also be supplied approved for use with foodstuffs.

LSM-50-SS

However, we recommend the pump flow is configured to approximately 6 m³/hour, as this results in less wear on pump parts.
