To optimise delivery times for spare parts we make them in-house in the factory. We work hard to keep most of our spare parts in stock. Our pumps are used for business and private purposes, and we think it helps our customers enormously that we can deliver spare parts from one day to the next.
There may be a wait for external parts from our suppliers but most spare parts are available at short notice. That means shutdowns do not last longer than necessary simply because you are waiting for a single spare part.
Our LSM pumps are designed so that only a very small number of parts are subject to wear, and this keeps service and maintenance relatively straightforward. Our pumps are hard-wearing but we do recommend that customers keep a spare rubber hose to avoid extended shutdowns.
