From Vessel to Truck

When fish need to be transported over long distances, LSM pumps can efficiently transfer the catch directly from the vessel into large transport trucks.

This provides a flexible and efficient solution for operations where the fish are transported to a processing facility located further inland or at another location.

From Vessel to Fish Factory

When a processing facility is located close to the harbour, LSM pumps can transfer fish directly from the vessel to the factory.

The fish can then be transferred through sorting systems and into plate freezers as part of an efficient processing flow.

Pumping Equipment on Board

LSM pumps can also be installed directly on fishing vessels. This allows the vessel to unload its catch independently of fixed pumping equipment at the harbour.

The result is greater flexibility, as vessels can operate and unload their catch at different ports without relying on local harbour equipment.

In some fishing operations, including applications in Poland, LSM pumps are used to transfer fish directly from the fishing net at sea onto the vessel.

Once the vessel reaches shore, the same pumping solution can be used to unload the fish into the harbour or processing facility.
